If you wish to delete a Live Account on MetaTrader, please ensure that:

• All trades are closed.
• No funds on the Live Account.

You will not be able to proceed with deleting a Live Account when:

• The Live Account has a Negative Balance.
• The Live Account does not have a Zero Balance (no funds).

You can also delete a Live Account directly from your EmpowerFX Account:

• Find the “Navigator”
• Right-click on the Live Account you want to delete.
• Click on “Delete”.
