The first step to being able to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS is to verify your phone number. If you require assistance with doing this, CLICK HERE.
Alternatively, enabling your 2FA can also be done via an AUTHENTICATOR APP or Email.
Once your phone number has been verified, login to your EmpowerFX account and start by:
- Accessing the SETTINGS tab.
- Click on ENABLE 2FA VIA SMS.
- You will now receive a 6-digit key to your mobile device. Enter the key in the required field.
- Click on ENABLE 2FA.
When everything has been set up, you will receive a notification at the top of your account to confirm that your 2FA has been enabled!
