If you are unable to find your password, you are able to reset this yourself from your EmpowerFX account.
IMPORTANT – Demo account passwords cannot be changed. If you are unable to find your password, please create a new account by CLICKING HERE.
To generate a new password, start by:
- Logging to your account.
- Accessing the MY ACCOUNTS tab.
- Clicking on VIEW next to the live account in question.
- Clicking on the DOTS icon.
- Clicking on CHANGE PASSWORD.
- Submitting by clicking on the CHANGE PASSWORD button.
