Closing your PAMM Account or a Fund is straightforward with EmpowerFX.

You can close either Investor or Money Manager accounts at any time. For Money Manager Accounts, ensure no active funds are present before closing.

Here’s how to close an account or fund:

1. Log into your account and go to My Accounts.
2. Select the account you wish to close.
3. Tap the 3 horizontal dots next to the account number and choose “Close Account.”
4. Confirm the action in the pop-up message by clicking “Yes.”

For Manager Funds:

1. Follow the same procedure.
2. Click the arrow visible from the Manager’s Account to choose the Fund you want to close.
3. Move to the right side and click “View” to access fund closure.
4. Select the Fund and click the 3 horizontal dots to close.

That’s it! Your account or fund is now closed.
