Receiving our Emails in Your Inbox Folder on Protonmail

On certain occasions, communication via email is sent out to our clients. Due to the settings on different mail providers, some of our emails are received to your spam or junk folder.

To begin receiving our emails to your inbox, start by:

  • On the SETTINGS option, access the FILTERS tab.
  • Click on ADD under the ALLOW LIST section.
