Receiving our Emails in Your Inbox Folder on Zoho Mail

On certain occasions, communication via email is sent out to our clients. Due to the settings on different mail providers, some of our emails are received to your spam or junk folder.

To begin receiving our emails to your inbox, start by:

  • Logging into your Zoho Mail account.
  • Finding the email which was wrongfully sent to spam.
  • Right-click on the email and mark as NOT SPAM.
