Before attempting to transfer your funds to your Live Trading Platform account, please ensure that the funds are available in your wallet.

When the funds are available, start by:

• Accessing the INTERNAL TRANSFER tab.
• Choose WALLET TO TRADING PLATFORM.
• Select the WALLET you would like to transfer your funds from.
• Select the ACCOUNT you would like to transfer your funds to.
• Enter the AMOUNT.
• Click on REQUEST TRANSFER.

When transferring to an account with a different currency, details of the price prior and after the conversion are provided to you. 

• Click on TRANSFER to proceed.

Your Live account’s balance will be updated immediately.
