We lock EmpowerFX Accounts for several different reasons, your Account may be locked because:
- If an incorrect password was used multiple times, you will be able to log in within 5 Minutes.
- An Internal Technical Issue occurred with your Internal Transfer.
- Our EmpowerFX System automatically locked your Account for security reasons due to an Internal Technical Issue.
