There is a 3.5% deposit fee for USD COIN (TRC20) deposits.
The first step to being able to deposit via USD Coin (TRC20) is setting up an account with a wallet provider of your choice. Once the account has been set up and funded, you may start by:
- Accessing the DEPOSIT FUNDS tab.
- Choose the deposit method.
- Select the WALLET you would like to fund.
You can also deposit directly to your trading account without the need to create an internal transfer by tapping on the “platform” button under the Add Money To section. - Enter the amount you would like to deposit.
- Click on REDIRECT ME TO THE PAYMENTS PAGE.
You will now be redirected to the payments page where you will be provided with your unique USD Coin (TRC20) address.
At this point, you will need to open your wallet provider’s account and click on a SEND or similar option and enter the USD Coin (TRC20) address provided. Alternatively, you may also scan the QR code from your wallet provider’s account for a direct deposit.
If the funds have been sent correctly, your deposit status should shortly change to WAITING CONFIRMATION, which indicates that the funds are being processed on the relevant network.
If you have sent the funds and your status is still shown as WAITING APPROVAL, the funds have not been sent from your wallet provider.
