For security reasons, we do not recommend disabling your 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) unless you would like to change the method to SMS, Email or if you have a new device.
IMPORTANT – If you are unable to access your account due to issues with your 2FA, please contact our support team.
To disable your 2FA, start by:
- Accessing the SETTINGS tab.
- Clicking on GREEN BOX to toggle it off.
- Click on DISABLE 2FA.
Your 2FA is now disabled!
