IDENTITY VERIFICATION is a mandatory process with EMPOWERFX.
Verification allows you to unlock depositing funds and creating live trading accounts features. Unverified accounts are confined to creating Demo accounts only.
IMPORTANT
When verifying your account, you will be confirming information about yourself that was provided to us when signing up. This verification process provides an extra layer of security not only to ourselves but also to our customers.
To procced with the verification process, it is crucial you make sure that all the personal details you provide us in your EmpowerFX account matches with the documentation you select to complete the verification.
- Log in to your account and access the Settings tab.
- Go to the Personal Details section.
- Fill out each field exactly as it appears in your document.
It is important you verify that all fields are completed accurately to match the information in your document.
Before staring make you have:
- A VALID IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT. Requirements can be found by CLICKING HERE.
- A LIVE SELF-PORTRAIT. A camera will be needed on the device where the verification will take place.
Start the verification process by:
- Accessing the IDENTITY VERIFICATION tab and tapping START.
- Select your COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE from the drop-down menu.
- Click on SUBMIT.
- Agree to our TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Click on NEXT.
- Select the COUNTRY OF ISSUE and the TYPE of document you will be uploading.
- Click on SUBMIT.
- Upload a clear and legible image of the FRONT and BACKSIDE of your document.
- You are also able to continue on a mobile device if your current device does not have a camera.
- Click on I’M READY to begin taking your selfie.
- Allow permission for EmpowerFX to access your camera.
- Follow the instructions provided to take your selfie
- Check the information and documents you have provided are correct, clear and showing the full document.
- Click on NEXT.
Our dedicated Verification team will now check the information provided. An email will be sent to you with the outcome of our checks.
