Before attempting to transfer your funds to your wallet, please ensure that all your trades have been closed.
Once your trades are closed, start by:
- Accessing the INTERNAL TRANSFER tab.
- Choose TRADING PLATFORM TO WALLET.
- Select the WALLET you would like to transfer your funds from.
- Select the ACCOUNT you would like to transfer your funds to.
- Enter the AMOUNT.
- Click on REQUEST TRANSFER.
When transferring to a wallet with a different currency, details of the price prior and after the conversion are provided to you.
- Click on OK to proceed.
Your wallet’s balance will be updated immediately.
